Please read below the Terms and Conditions specifically relating to Consultations/Appointment Bookings with your Surgeon.
As you may appreciate there are going to be different levels of protection and policies placed by businesses of all sectors. Our hospital continues to be COVID-19 free with all in-patients and we have stringent policies in place to protect and safeguard new patients and our clinical team arriving at the clinic.
There are several policies in place to ensure your appointment is conducted smoothly and safely. Please may we ask you to observe the policies and observations in place listed below to ensure we continue to remain a COVID-19 Free clinic.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have any Symptoms of COVID-19, inc High Temperature, Fever, Sore Throat, Loss of Taste etc.
Please kindly ensure you do not bring any friends or family members to your appointment. They will not be permitted into the hospital to wait, but are free to drop and meet you after your appointment outside of the branch.
Exceptions:
You are permitted to bring ONE person to your appointment if:
- You are 24-years of age or younger, you are able to bring ONE PARENT along only.
Please follow the instructions upon entering the building, you will be asked to sterilise your hands and will undergo a temperature scan. We may assist in sterilising your mobile phone together with being provided protective masks and gloves and hand sanitiser. You will also be asked to sterilise your hands etc after leaving your appointment to ensure your onwards journey elsewhere continues as safely as possible.
Your appointemnt is at the 64 Harley Street Branch (details are located in your confirmation of appointment email). Please ensure you arrive 5-minutes early to your appointment. Late attendances or attending the wrong branch will likely result in the cancellation of your consultation. If you are running early, please still come to the branch and we will advise you with our first preference to permit you into our reception for tea/coffee, if safe to do so.
4.0 – RE-SCHEDULING POLICY
4.0.1 – CONSULTATIONS / SURGEON APPOINTMENTS
Consultations with relevant practitioners may carry a consultation fee. Upon booking a consultation, if you subsequently decide to reschedule that date, an administration fee may apply. In cases where a patient reschedules their booked consultation giving:
NOTE: All new consultation patients will receive their online medical assessment form before their consultation date. Medical Assessments must be completed and submitted within the stated time. Failure to submit Medical Assessments within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of your consultation.
5.0 – CANCELLATION POLICY
